VisualCADCAM is voorzien van een duidelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke interface met de logische opbouw van de te nemen stappen zult u snel de eerste toolpaden kunnen programmeren. Op het YouTube kanaal van MecSoft vindt u honderden video’s welke u vertrouwd zullen maken met de workflow in VisualCADCAM. Mocht u eerst voor één van de basispakketten kiezen dan kunt u achteraf altijd upgraden naar een hoger pakket.
VisualCAD/CAM – 5 configuraties
De verkrijgbare versies zijn Xpress (XPR), Standard (STD), Expert (EXP), Professional (PRO) & Premium (PRE).

VisualCADCAM XPRESS (XPR)
VisualCAD/CAM XPRESS (XPR)is een programma dat uitermate geschikt is voor algemene doeleinden op maat gemaakt voor bijvoorbeeld hobbyisten, starters en studenten.
Ideaal om te starten met CAM programmeren. Inclusief 2- en 3-assige bewerkingsmethoden . Voorzien van voldoende krachtige fabricagemethoden is dit makkelijk te gebruiken pakket niet alleen effectief, maar ook aantrekkelijk geprijsd voor de prijsbewuste koper. De XPRESS configuratie wordt standaard geleverd inclusief de modules NEST en ART zonder bijbetaling.
VisualCAD/CAM Standaard(STD)
VisualCAD/CAM STANDARD (STD) is geschikt voor algemene doeleinden en -gebruikers. Ideaal voor rapid-prototyping, hobby- en educationele doeleinden waar gebruikersgemak van het grootste belang zijn.
Inclusief 2, 2 1/2 assig, 3 assig frezen en verschillende boormethodes.
Bij de STD configuratie zijn de modules TURN, NEST en ART kosteloos inbegrepen.
VisualCAD/CAM EXPERT(EXP)
De Expert versie voorziet in 4e as geïndexeerd en simultane voor- en nabewerkings methodes in VisualMILL.
Op curve based simultaan bewerken zoals 4-assig vlakken, Pocketfrezen, Profielfrezen & Graveren alsmede surface/solids/meshes gebaseerd bewerken zoals 4 assig voorbewerken, nabewerken en “Curve Projection” bewerkingen zijn beschikbaar. Deze configuratie beschikt tevens alle functionaliteiten van de Standard (STD) versie.
Bij de EXP configuratie zijn de modules TURN, NEST en ART kosteloos inbegrepen.
VisualCAD/CAM Professional(Pro)
Deze krachtige configuratie is uitermate geschikt voor het maken van mallen, matrijzen, houtbewerkingen, rapid-prototyping en algemene frees doeleinden.
De PRO configuratie biedt mogelijkheden voor het programmeren van krachtige gereedschapsbanen in combinatie met verschillende hulpmiddelen voor het efficiënt gebruiken van uw snijgereedschappen met uitgebreide bewerkingsmogelijkheden, terwijl het niet ten koste gaat van het gebruikersgemak. Geschikt voor veeleisende gebruikers met meer geavanceerde productie-eisen. Deze configuratie beschikt tevens alle functionaliteiten van de Expert (EXP) versie.
Bij de PRO configuratie zijn de modules TURN, NEST en ART kosteloos inbegrepen.
VisualCAD/CAM Premium(Pre)
De PREMIUM configuratie bevat 5 assig simultaan functionaliteiten. Dit pakket is geschikt voor zeer geavanceerde bewerkingen voor lucht- en ruimtevaart, geavanceerde matrijzenbouw en de houtbewerkingsindustrie. Het pakket bevat bovendien alle functionaliteiten die te vinden zijn in de PRO configuratie.
Bij de PREMIUM configuratie zijn de modules TURN, NEST en ART kosteloos inbegrepen.
FreeMILL (GRATIS)
GRATIS?? Ja gratis CAD/CAM software inderdaad.
FreeMILL is een afgeleide van de commerciële CAD/CAM software van MecSoft. FreeMILL is volledig gratis cam software voor het aansturen van CNC Frezen & Routers. Het pakket is kosteloos te downloaden, u kunt het zo vaak gebruiken als u wil er zijn geen limieten gesteld aan het aantal keren opslaan, tijdslimiet of aantal keer genereren van G-codes.
